The Address Manager enables you to store your business and personal names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, memos, anniversaries and group these records in any category you desire. Does mail Merge with all contacts in the database, email, print and spell check merge document. Create and connects to several databases which can be stored on any drive on your system or shared network drive. It has eighteen (18) search and ten (10) sort options. List or table view of all records in database and can store a picture for each contact.
The Address Manager will enable you to store several anniversary dates for each record and will start reminding you at a preset day prior to that event. You will also be able to search for anniversary dates by month or day and view all anniversaries for a given month. There is also a calendar and to do list where you can enter all your daily activities and be reminded at the preset time.
The Address Manager allows you to print your records with or without a return address with barcode for all US cities to any size envelope or popular Avery label size. It also has the ability to print detailed customized reports; records can be marked for printing or deleting. Store a memo on each record, automatically detect your modem and dial any voice phone number in your record. It has eight (8) speed dial buttons and a dial pad for manually dialing numbers. It will automatically connect to your default email program for sending mail or your default browser for your URL addresses. The program can also be password protected and automatic checking for updates.
The Address Manager can be enable or disable to start when system booth up. It stores over 250 cities, 300 States/Provinces and Countries. The database can be Compacted, Backup and Restore. You may also Import/Export comma delimited text file to your tables in the database.
